Returns and Exchanges

All items are made-to-order and handcrafted from scratch based on your selected preferences. Because of this, all sales are final and returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.

Stone Orchard Jewelry sales are final.

I do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

Before ordering a ring, please know your ring size as there will be no returns or exchanges for a different size. Due to the hand-formed nature of your ring, there is a .25 size variance tolerance.

Production on jewelry begins immediately after an order is placed. If a change to the order is needed after an order is placed, an additional charge may apply.

* Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping must include full insurance and a tracking number provided to the seller. Stone Orchard Jewelry is not responsible for lost, damaged, untracked or uninsured return packages. If the item is not returned in its original condition, or is altered in any way, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
