Cancellations are not accepted. 

Returns and Exchanges for Made-To-Order items are not accepted. All made-to-order jewelry is custom created based on your selected preferences, and are final sale.

Items identified as Ready-to-Ship may be returned within 3 business days of receiving your item. The item must be unworn and returned in it's original package to receive a refund (minus 30% restocking fee). Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
